Read this setup guide first
Before you start, make sure your device can open the QWVPN user panel normally. Account creation, orders, subscriptions, and client downloads are all handled in the panel. The marketing pages do not provide direct installer links or publish real subscription addresses. This helps prevent account-specific configurations from being shared with others.
You do not need to understand route protocols or advanced network settings to complete the process. New users only need to remember this order: create an account, choose a plan, get the subscription from the user panel, and import it into the client. Create a username and password
After opening the QWVPN account creation page, choose a memorable username that is not reused on other websites. Enter a password and follow the on-screen instructions. No email address is required; your username and password are the credentials for the user panel. After submission, the page should take you to the account area. If it returns to the sign-in screen, use the information you just set up.
Once you enter the panel, first confirm that the current username appears at the top or in the account overview. Your account may not have an active plan yet, which is normal. Do not create accounts repeatedly in different browser tabs, and do not put your username or password in the subscription name. Once this step is complete, choose a plan based on how often you expect to use it.
If the page says the username is already taken, choose another distinctive username and submit it again. Store your password separately. Since account creation does not require an email address, do not rely on an email recovery flow if you lose your credentials. Confirm that you can sign in before placing an order.

Choose a plan based on usage
After signing in, open the plans section to compare monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscriptions include 60GB at ¥9.9/month, 250GB at ¥18/month, and 500GB at ¥28/month. Monthly data resets each month on the activation date; if you upgrade during the term, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. This option suits regular use when you want a fresh data allowance each month.
Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until the data is used and never expire. If your usage varies from month to month, compare data packages with monthly subscriptions. All plans support unlimited devices, but the data allowance is shared by devices connected to the same account.
After choosing a plan, click Start Using or Choose This Plan on the plan card. Check the plan name, data allowance, and amount, then choose an available payment method—Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT—to complete the order. After payment, return to the user panel and avoid submitting the same order repeatedly. The first paid plan includes a 7-day hassle-free refund under the rules shown on the page; this guide covers the process only, and refund requests are handled under the applicable terms.
If you are still unsure which billing option to choose, open the plan pricing page for a full comparison. Focus on your usage period and estimated data needs rather than the unit price alone. Once the order status has updated, open the account overview to get your subscription.

Get your subscription link from the user panel
After the order becomes active, open the account overview and find the current subscription section. It shows the plan status and subscription actions. When you copy the subscription link, the system places your account-specific address on the clipboard. Switch to the client and paste it into the import field; there is no need to enter server details manually.
A subscription link is equivalent to your account configuration, so keep it only on your own devices. The example address used in this guide is intentionally fake:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKENA real address can only be obtained from the user panel after signing in; this page does not display a usable subscription. If the clipboard is empty after copying, click Copy again or use the client import option provided in the panel. If you need to install a client, open the download area from the panel. Do not look for an installer with the same name on an unknown website.
If you have just completed payment but the overview still shows no active subscription, refresh the order status and confirm that the payment process has finished. Do not edit characters in the subscription link or remove its trailing parameters. Once the subscription appears and has been copied successfully, choose the instructions for your platform below.

Complete the client import on each platform
Desktop and mobile clients follow the same basic logic: get the client for your system from the user panel, then create a subscription in the client. When opening it for the first time, read and confirm any system prompt asking to add a network configuration. This system-level step is required for the client to connect. After the import is complete, the client will show a list of regions or routes.
Windows
On Windows, use the desktop subscription client. Open the download area in the user panel, choose the Windows entry, and follow the installation instructions. In the client, open Subscription Management, Configuration Management, or Add Subscription, then find an option such as “Import from Link.” Paste the subscription link, give it a recognizable name, and run an update.
After the update finishes, selectable routes should appear in the main interface. If the list is empty, return to subscription management and refresh it manually instead of reinstalling the client. If the client provides a system proxy or connection switch, enable it after importing; importing a configuration alone does not change your current network exit.
macOS
On macOS, use the desktop subscription client. Open the macOS download entry from the user panel, install it, and follow the system prompts to open the app. Some clients stay in the menu bar, so not seeing a large window does not mean the app is inactive. Check the application icons at the top of the screen and open the configuration menu.
On the subscription or configuration page, choose Add via URL, paste the link copied from the panel, save it, and click Update. When the system establishes a connection for the first time, it may ask to add a network configuration. Confirm it, then return to the client and choose a route. If macOS blocks the app through its security settings, follow only the explicit instructions in System Settings; do not modify scripts or commands from unknown sources.
Android
On Android, use the mobile subscription client. Open the Android client download page from the user panel, install and launch it, then find the add button in the top-right corner, the configuration menu, or subscription management. Choose Import from URL, paste the subscription link, and save it. Then pull to refresh or tap Update so the route list loads completely.
When connecting for the first time, Android displays a prompt authorizing the network connection. Confirm it, return to the client, choose the required region, and turn on the connection switch. If Android pauses the client after you switch apps, check the app's background activity settings. Menu names vary by device manufacturer; keep the client running and avoid changing unfamiliar advanced settings.
iOS
On iOS, use the mobile subscription client listed in the user panel and get it through the App Store link provided there. After installation, open the app and look for an Import via URL option under subscriptions, configurations, or Add Server. Paste the subscription link and confirm the update. Do not search other public pages for a supposed private subscription address.
When starting the connection for the first time, iOS asks to add a network configuration. Read the prompt and allow it, then return to the client, choose a route, and turn on the connection. After the connection indicator appears in the system status area, continue to the next section for an exit check. The indicator only shows that the configuration has started; verify actual access through the network check page.

Connect to a route and verify it works
After importing the subscription, choose a region that fits your current purpose. For everyday browsing, work, or tool access, start with a nearby route that offers a stable connection. For content limited to a particular region, choose the relevant country or region. IEPL dedicated routes, relays, and direct connections represent different link types; there is no need to adjust protocol settings individually during first-time use.
After choosing a route, start the client connection and wait for the status to change from disconnected to connected. Then open the network check page to see whether the current exit location has updated. You can also reopen the website you originally needed to access. For a clearer test, use a new browser tab so cached content from an older page does not affect the result.
If the client says connected but the check still shows the previous exit, disconnect and reconnect first. Then check whether the client's system proxy or global connection switch is actually enabled. On desktop devices, also make sure another similar client is not running at the same time. When multiple connection configurations are present, the system may continue using the one that started first.
If a route cannot complete the required access, update the subscription once and then compare other routes in the same region. Avoid repeatedly changing protocols, ports, and system network settings, as this makes troubleshooting harder. If the issue persists, submit a ticket through the user panel and include your operating system, client type, selected region, and the error message shown.

The next steps after basic setup
Once you confirm that the exit has updated, basic setup is complete. In future, you usually only need to launch the client, update the subscription, choose a route, and connect. Subscription updates sync the currently available routes. If you have not opened the client for a while, update it before using it again to reduce the chance of selecting an outdated configuration.
To use QWVPN on multiple devices, obtain the client and subscription from each device's user panel session, then import them according to the platform. QWVPN supports unlimited devices, while monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date and is shared by devices on the same account. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire, making them suitable for irregular usage.
